Appointments
Every appointment,
exactly as it should be.
The Appointments engine is for any business where customers reserve a specific time with a specific person. It handles the entire flow, the online booking, the confirmation, the calendar, the reminders, and the manual control you need over every request that comes in.

How your customers book
Four steps. That's all it takes.
It starts on your storefront, the professional booking page every UhuruSpace account gets. Customers land on it from your Instagram bio, a WhatsApp message, a business card, or wherever you share the link. From there, it's four steps.
You approve every appointment before it's confirmed.
Every appointment request lands in your dashboard as pending, waiting for you to review and confirm. That's intentional. You decide which appointments make it onto your calendar. When you confirm, an automatic email goes to the customer with everything they need. Nothing gets accepted without your approval.

Set up exactly how your business works
When you create your Appointments engine, you configure the rules that shape every service inside it.
Buffer time
Set the space you need between appointments, whether it's cleanup, travel, or a moment to reset. Once configured, no customer can book a slot that violates it. Enforced automatically, both on your storefront and when you create bookings yourself.
Duration
How long each appointment takes, down to the minute.
Advance booking window
How far in advance customers can book, from tomorrow to 30 days out or more.
Minimum notice
How close to the appointment time a customer can still book. Two hours? Same day? Your call.
Time-slot intervals
Whether slots show every 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes.
Each service can override these defaults if it needs to. A quick consultation and a two-hour treatment can live in the same engine with different rules.
Add-ons
Make every appointment yours.
Five optional add-ons let you shape exactly what happens before, during, and after every booking. Turn on what you need, ignore what you don't, every one is configurable per service.
Deposits
Set when payments should be collected, at booking or at arrival. You define the terms, customers see them clearly before they confirm.
Intake questions
Ask what you need to know before the appointment starts. Every question configurable, individually required or optional.
File uploads
Let customers send a reference photo, a document, a prescription, anything you need to prepare properly.
Pre-service instructions
Give customers guidance before they arrive. What to bring, how to prepare, where to park.
Cancellation policy
Show your terms upfront so there are no surprises later.
Every appointment shows up in one place.
Your calendar displays every booking, laid out by staff member across the week.
- Drag any appointment to a new slot or staff member to reassign it in seconds
- Real-time filters narrow by staff, location, service, or status
- Conflict warnings surface automatically when two appointments overlap
- Create a booking manually on behalf of a customer, over the phone, in person, or wherever they reach you
- Connect Google Calendar or Outlook so your personal schedule overlays the same view automatically
Who uses Appointments
Any business that runs on one customer, one staff member, one time slot.
If your business runs on booked time, Appointments runs your business.
