Not everyone on your team needs a login. UhuruSpace handles both.
Invite team members. Send an email invite, assign a role, and they set up their own account. They log in, see their schedule, manage their bookings, exactly as much as their role allows. Resend the invite if it's lost, revoke it if plans change.
Add bookable staff. Some staff need to be scheduled and booked but never actually use the software: a barber, a therapist, a part-time instructor. Add them as a staff member with a name, photo, hours, and specialties. Customers can book them; they never need to log in. Both live together on one roster, so your whole team, whether they sign in or not, is managed in one place.

From that moment, customers can only book them during the hours they actually work. No one gets booked at 8pm when they clock off at 5.

When a staff member requests time off, it goes to a manager for approval. Approve it, and it doesn't just sit in a list, it blocks that time on the calendar and on your storefront automatically. No customer can book someone during their approved leave. Reject or cancel the leave later, and the block lifts. Time off that actually protects your team's time.
Not every staff member does every service. UhuruSpace makes sure only qualified people get booked.
Assign specific staff to specific services. When a customer books that service, they only ever see the staff who can actually perform it. For classes, assign a dedicated instructor who's automatically attached to every session they teach. And when a customer doesn't pick anyone in particular, the platform assigns the first staff member who's genuinely free at that time, checked against their real schedule and existing bookings.
