Yes. Your UhuruSpace bookings appear in your Google Calendar, and your existing Google Calendar events appear in UhuruSpace as busy time, so nothing ever double-books.
Your busy times sync automatically in the background, and you can trigger an instant sync any time with the "Sync now" button.
